虽然是个儿童动画但是还是蛮症候的，比如对“世界”的想象（全球家长大会），对大众媒体机制尤其政治宣传的揭示，乃至设定本身“严格守规矩的小孩子是反人性的”放在冷战终结时刻也颇能从寓言或者超现实主义读出些其他的意思。
