This movie about never-ending construction of the Targowek Districk Houses of Culture and the poverty of the Warsaw suburbs. It portraits the now nonexistent Targowek district - the local bazaar, the so called Cholera Cemetery, Jewish cemetery, bars, muddy roads and wooden houses.
